The world is experiencing dramatic changes. Our traditional linear prediction and forecasting methods are less effective than before in describing the future. The talk will be based on some initial examinations of Sci-Fi movies as well as ChatGPT interactions to suggest alternative methods to describe the future of work and organization.

报告人简介：

新加坡国立大学商学院组织管理系教授，2012-2017年亚太中文EMBA学术主任，国际应用心理学杂志（Applied Psychology, International）前副主编，组织行为学杂志（Journal of Organizational Behavior）编委。研究领域是管理心理学，所研究的题目包括基因与管理行为、领导行为、日常情绪与压力管理、求职和就业过程、工作家庭关系、员工发展、跨文化行为与创业等。宋博士的文章常发表于一些国际专业期刊上，如《Proceeding of National Academy of Sciences》、《Journal of Applied Psychology》、《Academy of Management Journal》、《Journal of Business Venturing》、《Journal of Vocational Behavior》、《Human Relations》等。其研究，特别是关于基因与管理行为相关性的开创性研究，被经济学人（Economist）、纽约时代报（New York Times）网络版、华盛顿邮报（Washington Post）网络版等媒体报道。
